We’re Am & So, AMSO for short, or rather long.
This blog
is a collection of the discoveries we made along the road of self-development.
Self-development
is still perceived as a big scary monster by many. If you see it as such,
this next analogy will help you change your perception: perfection is a sun,
impossible to reach and deadly, whereas constant improvement is a moon we can
always reach by working towards building a reliable rocket. As humans, growing
and becoming better versions of ourselves is a goal we need to permanently work
towards, and let us tell you: it is NOT easy, but it is worth it.
We (Am &
So) are two human beings who tried their best to face life’s ups and downs, and
during our journey, we collected a decent knowledge and wisdom that we deem is
time to share with you all. We know how difficult it can be to manage stress
and anxiety in our fast-paced environment, whether it's because of work,
personal relationships, or just the daily grind. Anxiety and stress are taking a
toll on people’s lives nowadays, so to overcome these problems, we
will offer you insightful analysis, and useful advice, for everyone navigating

that’s exactly why we decided to share our stories and experiences and relevant stories of people who have found effective ways to manage life’s daily
challenges. What could be better than learning from real humans’ journeys?
We
encourage you to share your thoughts and stories as well: ask questions, answer
them, and connect with others who are also on this journey. Together, we can
support each other in finding peace and balance.

to stories and accessing all of them to find the right solution for you is
good, but in moments of weakness, stress, and pressure, it is best to find step-by-step guides to work through challenges, that’s why we give each point its
importance by giving it its own article. You’ll find some effective and tested

There are
