Running, cycling, or swimming, are just some of the best physical activities that can help your mood and energy levels tremendously. Your aim should be for at least 30 minutes to one hour of moderate exercise at least 3 days a week but you should aim for more to make it permanent, it's important to make this step a daily routine rather than an obligation.

- Yoga: 

Yoga combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to reduce stress and improve mental clarity. Try a beginner’s class or follow online tutorials.

- Strength Training: 

Lifting weights and bodybuilding, in general, are also recommended as treatments to help manage anxiety issues, especially as tools to reduce stress and break the daily work routine. Gaining strength may also positively help your self-confidence.
