Design a detailed schedule for each day, and divide it into the number of hours of your day, which is approximately 16 hours, assuming that sleep takes 8 hours, and divide each hour into 4 sections, i.e. 15 minutes, and divide the hours into tasks and the amount of time wasted for each task. This is a suggestion for the schedule, the important thing is that the schedule shows you the tasks and the amount of time wasted for each task.
